IIT Kharagpur OPAC

How can I use the Online Public Access Catalogue (OPAC) of IIT Kharagpur? I don’t know what OPAC is and how can I use it? Can I get information about it from the Central Library of the IIT Kharagpur? What is the Library search engine used in the Central Library which is located in IIT Campus?
