IIT Kharagpur Law Placements

I have dreamt to become Advocate that’s why I want to join Bachelor of Law (LLB) course from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kharagpur. Please provide me Placement Records of IIT Kharagpur for LLB students. Would you please tell me on which base does it take admission for LLB?

Rajiv Gandhi School of Intellectual Property Law is an Indian law school located inside the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur.

It was set up in collaboration with the George_Washington_University, Washington DC and has the unique distinction of being the only law school within the IIT system.

All the students have to compulsorily undergo summer internship for 8 weeks after 4th semester. Placement records are very good. Till the date, 7 out of 28 students have got PPOs.

People have been selected in various companies such as Wipro, Infosys, TCS and various reputed Law Firms.

RGSOIPL offers 3 years LL.B (Hons) in Intellectual Property, LL.M and Ph.D

Class hours are from 8:30 to 5:30 with lunch break from 12:30 -1:30.

There are 6 subjects each semester with compulsory moot courts and one seminar write up and presentations.

Semester system is there. Mid semester and End Semester Exams are there.

Faculty is excellent with teachers highly specialized in their courses.
