IIT Kanpur List of Holidays

Provide me this year calendar of IIT Kanpur for its students. I want to get the list of all Holidays. But I got information that some holidays are restricted by the Vice Chancellor of the IIT Kanpur. So immediately give list of those restricted holidays. How many leaves are given to students on the occasion of Diwali?
