You want to do PHD from IIT Bombay so on the basis of MBA degree you can definitely apply for PHD course because for admission in PHD course candidate should have Master degree in relevant field so if you want to apply for PHD course in management then you can join this course at IIT Bombay if you have atleast 55% marks in MBA.

For July Admissions:

Admission Procedure
