Re: Iim vs xlri
As per my idea both IIM and XLRI are good for management course. Both IIM VS XLRI are provides you a good education environment. The IIMs also actively participated in the MBA B School Ranking Survey and found their place among top 30 B schools of India. IIM Trichy moved up to the 18th rank, IIM Ranchi has occupied the 25th position and IIM Udaipur, the CAP conducting IIM, has been placed at 30th rank. All IIM’s: Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Ahmedabad Ahmedabad Indian School of Business (ISB) Hyderabad Hyderabad Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Calcutta Kolkata Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Bangalore Bangalore Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Lucknow Lucknow Xavier Labour Relations Institute (XLRI) Jamshedpur Faculty of Management Studies (FMS) Delhi Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Kozhikode Kozhikode Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Indore Indore XLRI: In other hand XLRI Jamshedpur leads the pack of Non-IIM B-schools by keeping on with its earlier position at number 4th Rank. The Xavier Labour Research Institute, popularly known as XLRI was established in 1949 at Jamshedpur. The institute offers two courses at the post graduation level in management - a post graduate diploma in Business administration and a post graduate diploma in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations (PMIR). Weight age to Accreditation: Apart from other factors like cut offs, faculty size and average salary, weightage to International Accreditation by AACSB, EQUIS, AMBA has been awarded in arriving at the Ranking position of the respective B schools.
