At its Noida campus, IIM (Indian Institute of Management) Lucknow offers a two-year Post-Graduate Programme in Management for Working Executives (PGPWE).

The Program is designed program for working executives, entrepreneurs and professionals who desire to enhance their managerial knowledge and skills through formal management education while continuing to work full time in their on-going professions/businesses.

The program is structured to meet the learning needs and methodologies in such a way that one can continue to work and engage in formal education simultaneously. The program aims at developing strong conceptual fundamentals and skills required to manage businesses of the future.


Eligibility Criteria

Executives with Bachelor degree in any discipline or an equivalent academic pursuit (i.e., 10+2+3), with a minimum of 50% marks or equivalent CGPA;

Score on any one of the following test
A valid GMAT score (test taken during last 5 years);
CAT / XAT / GATE score;
PGP-WE Entrance Exam scheduled during First week of February at IIML Noida Campus

A minimum of 3 years of full-time post-qualification (after graduation) managerial/ professional experience; (Experience Certificate or Pay Slips would be required as proof)


Selection Process

One sends duly filled Application Form along with copies of documents in support of the attainments mentioned in Eligibility Criteria.

Based on the scores in GMAT/ CAT/ XAT/ GATE/ PGP-WE Entrance Exam, one is shortlisted for Writing Ability Test and Personal Interview;

After Writing Ability Test & Personal Interview is done, final score is calculated using following components:
Test Score: 30%
Academic and Professional Profile: 30%
Writing Ability Test: 10%
Personal Interview: 30%
Offer of admission is given based on the final score.
