As you called for the paper of IGNOU MBA MS- 21 June 2011 so I am providing you some of the questions of Term-End Examination June, 2011 MS-21 : SOCIAL PROCESSES AND BEHAVIOURAL ISSUES.

1. Briefly discuss the role of Manager with reference
to paradigm shift in the present day business
context.

2. What is perCeption ? Discuss the role of perception in organisations. How can errors in perception be overcome ? Justify your answer with suitable examples.

3. Describe the importance of Behaviour
Modification in organisations. Briefly discuss
role of ethics in Behaviour Modification.

The previous year question paper for - AMK-1- Marketing – under Bachelor Degree in Commerce offered by School of Management Studies (SOMS), Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) is as follows:


1. What is communication process ? Explain the steps involved in a communication process.


2. Differentiate between any two of the following :
(a) Publicity and Advertising
(b) Personal selling and Sales promotion
(c) Product concept and Production concept of marketing.


3. Explain the concept of marketing mix. Explain the components of marketing mix with suitable examples.


4. What do you understand by the term wholesalers ? Briefly explain their classification.

5. What do you mean by consumer behaviour ? Describe the different steps involved in consumer purchase decision.


6. What is packaging ? Discuss the packaging strategies with suitable examples.


7. What factors affect the basic price of a product or service ? Explain each of them.


8. Explain 'product life cycle' in marketing management. Discuss various stages involved in life cycle of a product.
