High School/Secondary/Senior Secondary Mark Sheet and Certificate.
Graduation or Post Graduation Mark Sheets and Certificates.
Experience Certifi cate(s).
Employment cum experience certificate
School Recognition Certificate issued by Central/State Government for the School where
applicant is employed.
Original BED Entrance Examination Admit Card
Original Certificate by the Employing School to provide facilities for Practical work
Two Passport size Photographs.
Copy of the SCiST Category Certificate issued from competent authority (if applicable).
Copy of the OBC-Non creamy Certificate (Certificate should not be older than 3 years)
Along with Income Certificate (Income certificate issued in last 06 months), if applicable.
Copy of Proof of Physically handicapped (PH) certificate issued from competent authority (if
Applicable).
