IFFCO published recruitment notification for the post of Graduate Engineer Trainees in 2012 and here is the eligibility to apply for this post:

Candidate must have Full time Bachelor degree in Engineering Stream from any government of India recognized university with minimum 60% marks. For ST/SC candidate minimum eligibility is 55%.
