Cost and works accountant (CWA) is a cost accounting course of The Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India (ICWAI).


Eligibility for the course:
Age :17 years

Qualification :

12th pass for foundation course.

Graduate for direct enrolling in intermediate course.

Stages of the entire course:
1.Foundation Course
2.Intermediate Course
3.Final Course


Fees Structure :

Foundation Course: INR 3,500/-

Intermediate Course: INR 15,700/-
(INR 19,700/- if Oral Coaching is opted i.e. INR 4,000 extra for oral coaching)

Institute of Cost and Works Accountants or ICWA is one of the leading financial schools in India. The details of the courses offered by the Institute are as follows:

Eligibility for ICWA 2015:
Admission to ICWA CMA Qualification:-

FOUNDATION COURSE:-
Eligibility for Admission:-
a) Class 10 or equivalent exam from a recognized education higher secondary school board or institution.

b) Senior Secondary exam under 10+2 scheme of a recognized board or an exam recognized by the central government as equivalent thereto or should have passed the National Diploma in Commerce Exam directed by the All India Council for Technical Education or any State Board of Technical Education.

c) Students awaiting the result can also apply for provisional admission.

INTERMEDIATE COURSE:-

Eligibility for Admission:-

a) One should have passed Senior Secondary School exam (10+2) and Foundation Course of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India/ Graduation in any discipline other than Fine arts/Foundation (Entry Level) Part I Exam of CAT of the Institute/ Foundation (Entry Level) Part I Exam and Competency Level Part II Exam of CAT of the Institute.

b) One should have passed Foundation of ICSI/Intermediate of ICAI by whatever name called along with class 10+2.

c) Students waiting for their result can also apply for provisional admission.

FINAL COURSE:-

Eligibility for Admission:
a)Passed Intermediate

b) Graduation in any discipline except Fine Arts or equivalent.

c) Candidates who have passed all eight papers of the CMA intermediate course are eligible to apply for CMA Final Course exam.
