To be filled in by the Organising Secretary and Counter signed by the Executive Authority of the parent organisation.

All applications for grant of financial assistance should be furnished, completed in all respect with all details in the prescribed proforma at least two months before the date of commencement of the Seminar/ Symposium/ Conference/Workshop.

Check list:

4 copies of application

4 copies of detailed programme i.e. name of Speakers and their topics/titles of papers/lectures etc. (date, time-wise).

4 copies of list of participants.
