Can you tell me about the eligibility requirement for MBA/Post Graduate Programme in Management (PGP) Program for admission offered by Indian School of Business (ISB)?

The Post Graduate Programme in Management (PGP) Program offered by Indian School of Business (ISB) is designed for those who want to transform their careers by expanding their existing thought process and refining their goals and objectives. This one-year programme makes it easy for professionals to take a break in the middle of their career.

Eligibility Criteria

One will need to have:
Bachelor degree or equivalent in any discipline
Valid GMAT / GRE score
At least 24 months of full-time work experience
TOEFL / IELTS / PTE score (only if the language of instruction at undergraduate study level is not English)

Early Entry Option (PGP deferred)
One will need to have:
Bachelor degree or equivalent in any discipline
Valid GMAT / GRE score
Less than 24 months of full-time work experience
TOEFL / IELTS / PTE score (only if the language of instruction at undergraduate study level is not English)

Selection Criteria
One is evaluated on the following parameters:

Academic Credentials
The application evaluates ability to cope with the rigour of the programme through past academic performance and performance in the GMAT/GRE exam.
It considers the 12th standard grades, graduation grades, and post-graduation and certification scores- wherever applicable along with the overall GMAT/GRE score.
However, no cut off criteria are applied to either the academic credentials or the GMAT/GRE score.

Leadership Potential

One is evaluated on the basis of the impact they have made in their past professional and personal life. This aspect is assessed through the initiatives that one may have taken, the responsibilities handled and the career progression achieved till date.
The one professional evaluation (i.e. recommendation) which forms an important part of the application also helps in gauging the leadership potential of one in a professional setting.
