As on 24th August 2016, there have been no recruitment issued by HPCL for Diploma holders. As of other recruitment which had been issued by HPCL was in the month of June 2016, the details of same have been provided below:

Qualified Criteria for HPCL Recruitment :

Instructive Qualification :

For Officer Trainee : Post graduate Degree/Equivalent course in HR/Personnel Management/Industrial Relations/Psychology or Masters in Business Administration (MBA) with specialization in HR/Personnel Management from AICTE endorsed/UGC perceived foundation/college.

For Safety Officer : Bachelor Degree in Engineering/Technology branch from a perceived Indian University/Institute.

Nationality : Indian

Age Limit :

For Officer Trainee and Safety Officer : 27 years

Age Relaxation :

For OBC Candidates : 3 years

For SC/ST Candidates : 5 years

For PWD Candidates : 10 years

Work Location : All India

Choice Process :

Selection will be founded on Written Test and Interview.

Application Fee :

Candidates having a place with General/OBC need to pay Rs. 610/ - through SBI challan or Online Payment through Debit/Credit card (for Position in S/G "An" and Officer Trainee position as it were). SC, ST and PWD applicants are exempted from installment of utilization expense.
