Here is the procedure for registration for CA course:

Go to the official website of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India
Click on Student option given at the front top of page
Click on “Course Registration Forms” option
Click on Download option given front of “
Application Form for Registration to Common Proficiency Test Course” option
Then download that as a PDF format
