Sorry to say you but AIIMS MBBS 2015 application form must be submitted online and no any other mode of application will be accepted.

So if you want to fill form of AIIMS MBBS then you can visit official website of AIIMS from the website you can fill online form of AIIMS MBBS.

Eligibility:
Candidates must have minimum age of 17 years.

Candidates have passed the 12 Class under the 10+2 Scheme/ Senior School Certificate Examination (CSBE) or Intermediate Science (I.Sc.) or an equivalent examination of a recognized University/ Board of any Indian State with English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology subjects.
