UPSEE, Uttar Pradesh State Entrance Examination (UP SEE) is conducted by Uttar Pradesh Technical University, Lucknow for the candidates who seek admission to Professional Degree and Post Graduate Courses in State Government, Government aided and Private unaided institutions affiliated to U.P. Technical University along with some other Universities of Uttar Pradesh.

UPTU SEE offline application forms can be get through any designated Helpdesk
(Affiliated Institution of U.P. Technical University, Lucknow ).

The last time offline application forms were available from 15th March, 2014 till 05th April, 2014. Here I am providing you a PDF which has the list of all its designated Helpdesk.
