Instructions for application form:

First of all ensure that you are eligible for exam.

You have to fill application form online .

Carefully enter all the required details .

Attach scanned photograph and signature.

Size of photograph, signature and Certificate of Identity should not be greater than 35KB, 30KB and 100KB respectively.

The photograph, signature and Certificate of Identity should be either in ‘.jpeg’ or ‘.jpg’ format.

Certificate of Identity must be carried at the time of Examination.

Applicant must have to check each and every entry before submitting the form.

To pay the application fee, candidate will have to take printout of the Bank Challan.

Challan must be taken to SBI bank branch and fee submitted there.
