In order to take admission in Hotel Management course applicants has to write one of the following entrance exams

IIHM Entrance Exam - International Institute of Hotel Management Entrance Exam
PUTHAT - Panjab University Tourism and Hospitality Aptitude Test
NCHMCT – JEE - National Council for Hotel Management and Catering Technology.
FHRAI - Federations of Hotels and Restaurants Association of India.
MAH-HM-CET Maharashtra Hotel Mangement Common Entrance Test.
IITM - Indian Institute of Tourism and Travel Management.
HIHT - Heritage Institute of Hotel and Tourism.
ITDC - India Tourism Development Corporation

Eligibility
Applicants must be pass 10 + 2 (% varies from institute to institute).
22 years for General/PH and 25 years for SC/ST Applicants as on 1st July.
In the case of Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe Applicants upper age limit is relaxable by three years.

Exam Pattern
Exam is of two hour duration.
The test includes multiple-choice questions based on
GK
Current affairs
General English
Aptitude & Numerical Ability.
Each correct has 1 marks & for wrong answer 1/4 marks will be deducted.

For admission in hotel management course you should take admission test of All India Hotel Management Joint Entrance Examination conducted by National Council of Hotel Management and Catering technology (NCHMCT). After that you have to participate in the counseling and according to your rank colleges are allotted to you.

24 institutes in India are providing training in hotel management affiliated to National Council of Hotel Management and Catering technology (NCHMCT).

Eligibility of JEE

10+2 of senior Secondary with English as one of the subject.
Passed in English
Those appearing in 10+2 are also eligible for JEE
Verification of the documents are held at time of admission

Application Fee:
Online: 800 for general and OBC and 400 for SC/ST/PD
Off-line: 900 for general and OBC and 450 for SC/ST/PD
