HDB SSC Scheme

Hello sir, I am Amit Kumar. I am from Singapore. I want you to help me by providing me some information about the Housing and Development Board (HDB), Single Singapore Citizen scheme (SSC). Can you give me some details about it?

As a first-timer single Singapore Citizen (SC) who is 35 years old or above, it might be eligible for the following CPF Housing Grant(s):

Singles Grant
Additional CPF Housing Grant (AHG) (Singles)

Singles Grant:


Amount
$15,000 – Singles Grant

Assistance For
Single applicants aged 35 or above who buy an HDB resale flat
Applicants aged 21 or above who buy an HDB resale flat with his non-citizen spouse

Recipient May Also Be Eligible For
Additional CPF Housing Grant for Singles

Eligibility:
Citizenship
Singapore Citizen

Age

At least 35 years old, for single(s) buying an HDB resale flat under any of these eligibility schemes:

Single Singapore Citizen Scheme
Joint Singles Scheme
Orphans Scheme
Public Scheme (if parents are included in the resale application as co-applicants or occupiers)
Non-Citizen Family Scheme

At least 21 years old, for married SC buying an HDB resale flat under the Non-Citizen Spouse Scheme
Household Status

You and the family member(s) buying the resale flat must be first-timer applicants, meaning that all of you must meet the following criteria:

Not the owner of a flat bought from HDB, or an Executive Condominium (EC) or Design, Build and Sell Scheme (DBSS) flat bought from a developer
Not sold a flat bought from HDB, or an EC/ DBSS flat bought from a developer

Not received any CPF Housing Grant for the purchase of an HDB resale flat
Not received any form of housing subsidy, e.g. benefitted under the Selective En bloc Redevelopment Scheme (SERS), HUDC estate privatisation

Additional CPF Housing Grant (Singles)

Amount
Additional $2,500 to $20,000

Assistance For
Eligible applicants of any of these grants: Singles Grant, Top-Up Grant, Half-Housing Grant
Eligible singles, couples, families
