Selection Process


If there is a good match at this initial stage, you will be contacted and invited to go
through the selection process.

The selection process may involve up to 3 interviews, dependent on the role in question.

The interviews are both competency and technically based and seek to assess the depth of
your knowledge, the breadth of your consulting skills and your 'fit' with respect to our
culture and values.

Interviews may be conducted by telephone if a meeting is impractical.

If you are being considered for a more senior role, such as a Programme Director or an
Account Director, you may be asked to complete a psychometric test
