Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) conducts recruitment through GATE. HAL is a Public Sector Enterprise (PSU).

A valid GATE score is required to seek recruitment in HAL company.

HAL MT Eligibility:

The candidates must be in possession of B.E. / B. Tech. Degree in related stream from a recognized University / Institute with the minimum aggregate marks of 65% (55% in case of Scheduled Castes / Scheduled Tribes / People With Disability)

The applicants appearing in the Final Year of the qualifying examination can also apply provided they satisfy the eligibility criteria and provide proof of the same at the time of interview.
The applicants should be in possession of a valid GATE score.

Eligible Branches:

(1) Mechanical Engineering

(2) Civil Engineering

(3) Electrical Engineering

(4) Electronics Engineering

Shortlisting

The qualified candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of valid GATE marks out of 100. The weightage for GATE exam is 85%.

Personal Interview
Personal interviews (PI) will be utilized for further shortlisting of the candidates. The weightage for the PI round is 15%.

Final Selection
For being considered for the final selection, the candidates must pass the medical fitness program based in the company’s policy.

No Objection Certificate (NOC): Any candidates working in Public Sector Undertakings, Government or State Government Departments are obligated to present a NOC from their respective organization.
