Cheating & Fraud by Charan Driving School JP Nagar run by Srinivas Murthy Address : Shop No.#76, #683, 17th Cross, 26th Main, Near Greencity Hospital, Puttenahalli Rd, KR Layout, JP Nagar VI Phase, J P Nagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560078- 098 86 903779 1.Charan Driving School has cheated me by taking the full amount and stopping the classes after 7 Hours. He refuse to give classes and refuse to refund the amount/Part of it. 2. I have my DL and I wanted to refresh my driving skills before buying a new car next month, so I joined Charan Driving School in JP Nagar after paying Rs.2500 for 9 hours classes on August 4th 2014. 3. Srinivas Murthy after getting the full amount from me have stopped the classes by giving excuses like driver is not well, Car is under service etc. 4. Rude, Arrogant, and thug like behaviour from Srinivas Murthy prompted me to lodge this complaint 5. Once the full payment is done he delayed the classes by one week and still I have two hour class pending (as on August 23rd 2014). The owner Srinivas Murthy will give you 100 excuses and delay the classes once the full amount is paid. 6. After the full amount is paid he striked off the last one hour and said classes will be given only for 8 hours. 7. Even that he did not deliver and I ended up paying 2500 for only 7 hours of classes after deducting 10 – 15 minutes everyday. 8. I actually had around 5.5 to 6 hours driving lessons maximum. This is a deliberate way of snatching the money from the students and cheating them by reducing their class hours/delaying/cancelling the classes. 9. Every morning you have to wait and they never turn up on time, thus reducing your class hours deliberately. For morning 7.30 to 8.30 session, the car will come only by 7.50 and they promptly stop at 8.30. 10. When you question this Srinivas Murthy will say that was the mistake of the Driver and assure you extra classes at the end, however this is a deliberate way of cheating the students by reducing the class hours. 11. I have to personally visit their school 3 times and call him 10 times to fix a class after the full amount is given. Once the full amount is paid he does not care at all and he starts getting aggressive and abusive. After the payment he never picks your call and acts as if he does not know you. 12. This should be an eye opener and no students in future enrolling in this Charan driving school should be cheated. 13. Nobody else should be cheated again like this. I was not given the full classes, I was not delivered any promises like pick up and drop, they gave immense torture and stress, every morning used to start with an argument with Srinivas Murthy. 14. I have lost my money, time, effort and peace of mind after joining Charan Driving School JP Nagar. 15. I am planning to approach the Consumer Court District Forum- Bangalore and the Police and will use consumer redressal platforms on social media to voice my grievance.
