Original certificate of qualifying examination

Candidate who have already registered with the University will produce Registration Card at the time of admission.

Candidate belongs to SC/ST/Backward class is required to attach a certificate for the same.

Migration Certificate required in case of Candidate from other University. They are also required to produce DMC of Lower examination and pay Migration fee.
