GNDU Form of Migration

Hello sir I have completed my study from Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar now I want to go for higher study in other place so I need the Migration certificate so please tell me that from where I can get the Migration certificate of GNDU.

I have done by BBA in year 1995 and want my migration certificate but there is a clause in the form to get it signed by the last college prinicipal on the form for no objection . Since I am staying in Mumbai it is difficult for me to get it signed by the prinicipal and then submit the form personally at the university. Is there a way out toget the certificate here thru ' correspondence thr' mail and self addressed envelope along with the dd for get it couriered.
