Yes, Girls are eligible for Indian Army.
You are applicable for Indian Army exam through CDS scheme.

CDS stands for Combined Defence Service.
This Examination is conducted by UPSC for every twice in a year.

Eligibility:
Female candidates can apply only for OTA.

OTA Eligibility:
All other men candidates as well as women candidates applying for Officers training academy should have a degree to qualify for minimum educational qualification required by UPSC.

Age Limit
For OTA (SSC Women Non-technical course )
Unmarried women and issueless widow born between 2nd January 1990 to 1st January 1996

Exam pattern
CDSE is an objective paper.
It has 3 papers in all English, General Awareness and Mathematics.
All the three papers are of 100 marks each, which make the CDSE of total 300 marks.

Total number of questions is 120 in each paper and each paper is of 2 hour duration followed by a break of 1 hour before next paper.
There is 1/3rd mark deduction for every wrong answer.
For every correct answer a candidate gets approximately 0.8 marks and for each wrong answer 0.33 marks are deducted.
