FCI Grade III Main Exam syllabus
I want to give the FCI Grade III Main Exam but I have no idea about the syllabus so will you please provide me the syllabus of the FCI Grade III Main Exam?

FCL stands for the Food Corporation of India. it was founded on 14 January 1965. Its first District Office is situated at Thanjavur - rice bowl of Tamil Nadu - and headquarters at Chennai under the Food Corporations Act 1964. FCI syllabus: Two types of papers will be conducted by Management for these posts. Paper – I Question paper for this will be set in four parts. Total marks of all parts is 200. 1) General Intelligence First Part is General Intelligence. General Intelligence is the ability to think about new ideas, handling difficult situation, make solution of problems. In this management will ask both types of questions like non-verbal and verbal. Management want to see candidate’s judgement in different situation. 2) General Awareness Second part is General Awareness. in this candidates need to aware around him & must know about Indian games/culture/politics/technology/education/history. 3) Quantitative Aptitude Third Part is Quantitative Aptitude. In this candidate’s speed of calculation will be matter. How much candidates know about add/minus/multiple/divide/percentage/ratio/probability. 4) English Last part is English Language mean to say that candidate’s capability to understand English language. In other words candidates can speak/write/read English language because only English is that language which speaks in all over world. Paper – II Quantitative Aptitude Syllabus for this will be based on Higher Secondary level. For this post management sets two types of paper. Total marks of both papers will be 200. Each paper contains 100 marks. First is Quantitative Methods. The questions will be based on calculation because if candidates can correct collection then it will helpful at the time of job. Quantitative means, play with Numbers like as know about decimals/averages/interest/business/profit & loss/time & distance. English Second part of paper is English Language. English language is one of the most useful languages in all over world. If anyone wants to business with other country then without knowledge of English language they cannot do it. So Management want to choose only those candidates who are perfect in all fields. Syllabus For The Post of Technical Paper -III The following paper will only for technical post (Code C) along with Paper-I which is common for all posts. Bio-Technology Question for the post code “C” are objective type based on degree level. Candidates needs to take knowledge about Bio-technology, Botany, Agricultural Engineering, Food Technology, Zoology because question paper for post code “c” are based on these subjects. Total marks of paper will be 200. As you are looking for the FCI Category III Posts Written exam syllabus , here I am providing same for you . 1 Aptitude Question Paper: All questions carry equal marks. The question paper will consist of 100 objective type questions. The components of the question paper are as given below: 1.1 General Intelligence & Reasoning: It would include questions of both verbal and non-verbal type. This component may include questions on analogies, similarities and differences, problem solving, analysis, judgment,decision making, visual memory, relationship concepts, arithmetical reasoning, arithmetic number series, non-verbal series, coding and decoding, statement conclusion, etc. 1.2 General Awareness and Current Affairs: Questions in this component will be aimed at testing the candidate’s general awareness of the environment around him and current events and apart from that general awareness about the concerned region/zone for which advertisement has been published for will also be tested. The test may also include questions relating to India and its neighboring countries especially pertaining to Sports, History, Culture, Geography, Economic Environment, General Polity, Indian Constitution, and Scientific Research, etc. 1.3 Numerical Aptitude: The test consists of questions on Addition, Multiplication, Division, Fractions, Percentage, Rate of Interest, Work and Task, Ratio and Proportion, Distance, Profit & Loss,Mensuration, Algebra and Geometry, etc. 1.4 Data Analysis and Sufficiency: This sub test is designed to test the ability of candidate to interpret and analyse the information and the data provided in the form of table, line graph, bar graphs, pie charts or combination of them. It also includes questions to test the ability to find out the sufficiency of data to answer the questions. 1.5 English Language: This sub-test is aimed to test candidate’s ability to comprehend a situation from a given passage and testing the language ability of the candidates in day to day communication in English. It includes questions on synonyms, antonyms, words with corresponding meanings, singular, plural, one word substitutes, idioms and phrases, correct spellings, etc. 1.6 Computer Awareness: This sub-test is designed to test candidate’s knowledge of basic computer operations, MS Office including MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Access operations, emails, internet and websites, basic computer hardware and languages. 2. Technical Paper: This additional component will have 30 objective type questions separately for accounts and quality control and this paper to be attempted in addition to Aptitude Paper by the candidates applying for the post of AG III (Accounts) and AG III (Quality Control) respectively. All questions carry equal marks. T his subtest will include technical questions based on the broad job requirement and prescribed educational qualifications for the post of AG III (Accounts) and AG III (Quality Control). |
