EPAR stands for the Evans School Policy Analysis and Research. EPAR research topics has a large number of areas in agricultural development, from research on fertilizer vouchers and subsidies across several countries, to the gender implications of new technologies, the unintended environmental consequences of agricultural practices, and quarterly commodity price reports.
