Re: Entrance Tests Sufficient to measure Students' Capabilities or not
Entrance exams are very important in themselves to measure the theoretical knowledge of the basic subjects of the student but only entrance test is not sufficient to measure the student's capabilities because other than the theoretical knowledge one needs some other skills also. Like: Communicational, General awareness, Group Discussions, HR interviews In this manner the overall personality of a student can be measured and also the skills which are required in that particular field.
