PET is a entrance exam for Phd admission. PAU Ludhiyana provides Phd admission through PET entrance exam.

Eligibility:

Candidates Should possess M.Sc degree in the area of interest. The minimum qualifications for admission to Masters' programme shall be an OCP a of 6.00 or 60 percent marks or equivalent at the graduation level as shown against respective discipline.

Selection procedure

The university will conduct a Ph.D Entrance Test (PET) to select the candidates.

Performance in the Entrance Examination – 70%
Masters Research by Thesis – 10%
Interview – 20%
