Is it possible to change stream from engineering to medicine steam ?? give me details ?

No it is not possible to change your stream from engineering to medicine because for admission in Medicine you must pass 12th with physics, chemistry and biology subject .

But you have 12th with physics, chemistry and mathematics subject . biology subject is compulsory to get admission in medicine fields.
