I want to give PCS entrance exam so please tell me that what are age limit and the eligibility criteria for this exam?

PCS (Punjab Civil Services) Exam is a combined competitive examination held by the Punjab Public Service Commission for recruitment to following posts:

• Punjab Civil Service (Executive Branch)
• Deputy Superintendent of Police
• Deputy Superintendent of Jail (Grade-II)/District Probation Officer(jails)
• Excise & Taxation Officer
• Tehsildar
• Block Development & Panchayat Officer
• Labour and Concilliation Officer, etc


PCS Exam Eligibility

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university or institution

• The candidates must have passed punjabi of matric or its equivalent


Age limit:

Minimum: 21 years
Maximum: 38 years


Nationality:

The candidate should be a:
Citizen of India; or
Citizen of Nepal; or
Subject of Bhutan; or
Tibetan refugee
