The applicant should have:

Secured 60% in 10th
Secured 60% in 12th
Secured 60% in b.tech
Should not have 2 year gap in your studies
Should have PAN CARD
Good communication skills
Good command in your technical course
Good command in aptitude topic questions
Know well about your project details
Know very well about your respnsiblitis of You in your project
Should know well about your self details

Selection in the MNC's companies:

Written test:
Verbal reasoning
Quantitative aptitude
General English
Computer languages etc.
