As per your request here I am sharing the minimum eligibility criteria required for Company Secretary (CS) Executive Exam

Eligibility Criteria for CS Executive Exam

Must have passed Foundation Programme examination i.e. qualifying at the Foundation Programme level
OR
Must have Graduation/Degree (10 + 2 + 3) examination i.e. having a Graduation qualification.

Minimum Academic Qualifications –

-Must have passed Foundation Programme Examination conducted by ICSI
Must hold Degree or master\'s degree in Corporate Secretaryship or Commerce.
-Should possess degree or master\'s degree in any discipline other than Fine Arts.
-A pass in the Final examination conducted by:
The ICWAI
The ICAI

Cut off dates for admission --
28th February for appearing in both modules in December Exams in the same year year
31st May for appearing in single module in December Examination in the same year
31st August for appearing in both modules in June Exam in the next year
30th November for appearing in single module in June Examination in the next year.

Last date for submission of application --
25th March (with late fee of Rs. 250/- till 9th April)
25th September (with late fee of Rs. 250/- till 10th October)

Examination and Fees

Registration Fees
Rs. 10,000 for non commerce students
Rs. 9,000 for commerce students / CPT passed of ICAI /Foundation passed of ICAI-CMA
Rs. 8,500 for CS foundation passed students

Exam fees - Rs. 1200/- per Module

• Professional Development course
• Pre Membership Training (16 months)
• Professional Programme (8 papers)
• Executive Programme (6 papers)
• Foundation Programme (4 papers)

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

• The applicant should be 10+2 pass or its equivalent.
• The applicant should be a student of any discipline in Arts, Commerce and Science (excluding Fine Arts) for pursue this course.
• Those applicant appearing in 10+2 or its equivalent can also seek provisional admission subject to submission of proof of passing the said examination within 6 months as mentioned by the chief executive of this institute. .

ADMISSION PROCEDURE:

• For admission applicant have to fill Application Form. The Application Form and Prospectus can be obtained by Cash Payment of Rs200/- or by Post/Courier: DD/PO of Rs250/- drawn in favor of “The Institute of Company Secretaries of India” payable at New Delhi.
