Probationary Officer are the ones who have to make a balance between the perfect services provided to their customers as well as the well-being of their employees.

Eligibility

SC/ST/PWD Candidates - 55% or more marks in class XII and 50% or more marks in Graduation or Post Graduation

General Candidates and others - 60% or more marks in class XII and 55% or more marks in Graduation or Post Graduation

Computer Literacy - Proficiency in computer (Certificate from a reputed Institute or having computer as a subject in class XII or Graduation).

Not below 21 years and not above 30 years as on prescribed date.

The following is the procedure one follows for becoming bank PO-

Step 1

Preliminary Examination: Time 2 Hrs.
The objective type examination will consist of:
Reasoning Ability Test
General Awareness/Computer Knowledge
English Language
Quantitative Aptitude

Step 2

Main Test: Time 3 Hrs. (combined)
This will be an Objective and Descriptive type examination will consist of:
Test of Reasoning
Test of English Language
Data Analysis and Interpretation
Marketing Knowledge

Step 3

Group Discussion & Interview:

Basic pay of Rs.11,880 in the scale of Rs.10,000-470/6-12820-500/3-14320-560/7-18240 applicable to Officers Junior Management Grade Scale I.

Will you tell me what be the eligibility criteria to appear in IBPS CWE (PO) (Probationary Officer) exam to become Bank Probationary Officer , as I am looking for appear in this exam ?

As you want I am here telling you about the eligibility criteria to appear in IBPS CWE (PO/MT) (Probationary Officer) exam.

Eligibility Criteria:
Nationality/Citizenship:
(i) a Citizen of India or
(ii) a subject of Nepal or
(iii) a subject of Bhutan or
(iv) a Tibetan Refugee

Age limit :
20 years - 30 years

Qualification:
Candidate should have a Graduation degree in any discipline from a recognized University or any equivalent qualification.
