Re: ECS Charges Syndicate Bank

ECS is an electronic clearing system that facilitates paperless credit / debit transaction directly linked to your account and also provides for a faster method of effecting periodic and repetitive payments.

Here is the charges taken by the syndicate bank for ECS

ECS

Rs.1/- per transaction with minimum of Rs.100/- maximum of Rs.2000/- per occasion. These charges shall be for ECS (credit) facility i.e. where we are sponsor Bank for the “user” and there will be no charges for ECS (Debit) facility. Incase of ECS (Debit) returns the service charges, applicable on normal clearing cheques returns shall be levied.
