Should have a Bachelor's Degree from any university in any discipline with 50% marks in aggregate of all the years of the degree examinations (including languages)

However, in the case of candidates from Karnataka belonging to SC/ST & category -1 the aggregate percentage of marks of all the years of the qualifying examinations shall not be less than 45%.
