Cost of Application Form: Rs.100/-

Candidates are instructed topay Rs.100/- in addition to the prescribed fees if the
application is downloaded from the Web site. for processing the application otherwise it will be rejected.

The fee should be paid only through REGS/NEFT/Indian Overseas Bank. The
DemandDraft will not be accepted.

All applications submitted in person will be disposed off within 3 days from the
time of receipt of the application by this University.

Original Degree Certificate with marks statement or Provisional Pass Certificate,
CRRI Completion Certificate, Transfer Certificate, evidence for Date of Birth and
Mark Statement in case of failed and discontinued students should be produced

Xerox copies or attested copies of all the documents should be enclosed along with
the application in addition to the originals. The originals will be returned along
with Migration Certificate retaining the Xerox copies by the University.

A self-addressed sufficiently stamped envelope should be enclosed for sending the
Migration Certificate along withall originals certificates by REGISTERED
POST/SPEED POST.

Migration certificate is issued only once, no duplicate will be issued.
