One clearing a particular qualification under the revised syllabi (Revision 3) of O Level Course offered by DOEACC shall have to quality the Practical Exams in addition to qualifying the Theory Exams and the mandatory projects. If one has switched over to new Syllabus (Revision 3), after clearing two or more Modules in old Syllabus, one will be exempted from appearing in the Practical Examination. In all other cases, the candidate will have to clear Practical Examination. For appearing in the Practical Examination, one must have applied for the exam in all the remaining modules, and submitted the requisite fee for Practical Exam. Duration: 1 year Eligibility: 12th /ITI Certificate course Course Structure Module Code Topics M1-R4 IT Tools and Application M2-R4 Business Systems M3-R4 Internet Technology and Web Design M4-R4 Programming & Problem Solving through C Language Programming through Visual Basic (the candidates should choose any one of the following) Exam Pattern One will have to appear and qualify in the theory exam for each module which is mostly held in the months of June and December respectively for all the candidates. Theory Exam : 100 Marks Duration of Exam : 3 Hours Practical Exam : 100 Marks Duration of Exam : 3 Hours Project Qualifying Marks: One should score at least 50% marks in the theory as well as practical exams in order to qualify in the concerned course exam. The grades will be allotted as follows: (I) 85% and above: S Grade (II) 75%-84%: A Grade (III) 65%-74%: B Grade (IV) 55%-64%: C Grade (V) 50%- 54%: D Grade (VI) Failed (<50): F Grade |
