Is Cochin University of Science and Technology CUSAT CAT exam tough? I heard that CUSAT CAT exam is not easy to clear.

Cochin University of Science and Technology CUSAT common admission test is the engineering entrance exam conducted by the Cochin University every year for admission in to its various graduate and post graduate engineering courses. Yeah, CUSAT CAT is slightly typical exam as there is a negative marking of 1 mark for every wrong answer. CUSAT CAT exam pattern- Paper-1: In this paper, there will be questions from Mathematics (10+2 level) Paper-2: This paper will consist of the questions from Physics and Chemistry Subjects No. of Questions Marks Physics 75 225 Chemistry 50 150 Mathematics 125 375 Total 250 750 Exam Type: Objective type Question Type: Multiple choice with four options. Choose single correct answer Total Questions: 250 Maximum Marks: 750 Marks for each Correct Answer: 3 Negative Marks for Incorrect Answer: *1 (1 mark will be deducted for every wrong answer) If a question is left un attempted by a candidate then no mark (zero marks) will be awarded for that question Total time to attempt Paper-1: 2 hrs. (120 minutes) Total time to attempt Paper-2: 2 hrs.
