Description of Cultural Anthropology course: 1.This course introduces the major concepts, theories and methods employed by anthropologists to understand social and cultural aspects of human experience. 2.It explore world views and belief systems of different peoples in their particular contexts. The course includes topics such as religion and ritual, language and symbols, gender and families, individual and cultural identity, power and control, violence, conflict and social change. 3.The course investigate human cultural diversity by using a variety of written and visual descriptions of a number of groups.
