Here I am providing the information regarding admission procedure for Company Secretary course which you are looking for .

Applicants wishing to apply for ICSI CS course (Foundation or Intermediate) have to register online on ICSI
Aspirants are therefore encouraged to use ICSI online services and register online Following are steps for online registration for CS exam.

1)Click on the button “Online Services” on the top of ICSI website.
2)Go to the students tab and click on “Student Registration”
3)Go through the checklist of documents as applicable on the basis of qualification.
4)Click on the link “Proceed To Registration”
5)Select the course type as applicable that is Foundation Or Executive Programme etc.
6)Fill in ICSI online application form.
7)Click on the option to make payment of application fee.
8)After making payment of application you will receive ‘Username’ and ‘Student’s Registration number.’
9)Upload scanned copies of documents in support of educational documents.

Fee payment: Fee payment can be made either through debit/credit card or net banking and bank challan.

Upload of Documents:
•Size of photo should be between 20KB-50KB
•File format should be jpg,jpeg, png,gif,bmp
•File size of documents should not exceed 5 MB.
•Student signature should be between 10KB-20K

As you want to do CS Course after 10+2 you have to to undergo three stages to pursue the Company Secretaries Course i.e.

Foundation Programme
Executive Programme
Professional Programme

Cut off dates for admission to CS course:

For Foundation Programme
31st March for appearing in December Examination in the same year

30th September for June Examination next year

For Executive Programme
28th February for December Exams in the same year

31st August for June Exam next year

CS Prospectus
CS Prospectus can be obtained from any of the offices of the Institute across India and

Cost of Prospectus for Foundation Programme:
Rs. 200/- by cash payment while Rs. 250/- by Post or courier

The payment can be sent to the Headquarters by demand draft drawn in favour of ‘The Institute of Company Secretaries of India’ payable at New Delhi

The fee for CS Foundation Programme is - Rs. 3600/-
For Executive Programme
- Rs. 7000/- for Commerce Graduates while
- Rs. 7750/- for Non Commerce Students

The Institute of Company Secretaries of India is an organization that directs Company Secretary Course in three different stages.

1. Foundation Course

2. Executive Course

3. Professional Course

Eligibility:-

Applicants who have passed Senior Secondary exam of a recognized Board are eligible to apply for foundation course.

Course Duration: 8 months duration

Intermediate Course:

Applicants must have pass in the Foundation Course Examination of the ICSI.

Applicants must have obtained a Graduation degree or a Master's degree can allow zgetting diect entry in the intermediate course.

Course Duration: 9 months duration

Final Course:

Once applicants pass the Intermediate Course, become eligible for admission to the Final Course.
