The Institute of Company Secretaries of India offer Integrated Company Secretaryship Course.

Company Secretary Course is separated into to 3 stages:-

Foundation Program
Executive Program
Professional Program

Eligibility:
The applicants, who have completed 12th Class from recognized institute, can make request for CS Exam under ICSI.

By age limit:
Minimum 17 years and there is no upper limit

Selection process:
The applicants must join written test to qualify the ICSI CS Exam.

Registration or application form
Go to the official website of ICSI
Click on the button “ONLINE SERVICES” on the top of ICSI website.
Go to the students tab and click on “Student Registration”
Go through the checklist of documents as applicable on the basis of qualification.
Click on the link “PROCEED TO REGISTRATION”
Select the course type as applicable that is FOUNDATION OR EXECUTIVE PROGRAMME etc.
Fill in ICSI online application form.
Click on the option to make payment of application fee.
After making payment of application you will receive ‘Username’ and ‘Student’s Registration number.’
Upload scanned copies of documents in support of educational documents.

Institute of Company Secretaries of India, ICSI is a professional organization, which offers training to students aspiring for a course in Company Secretary Ship. They handle matters related to central/state sales tax, excise laws, labour laws and corporate law too.

The Company Secretary course comprises of three courses.
1. Foundation Course
2. Executive Course
3. Professional Course

Foundation Course:

The minimum eligibility to gain entry in the Foundation Course is a pass in 10+2 examination or its equivalent in any stream.

Course Duration: 8 months duration

Intermediate Course:

You have to pass in the Foundation Course Examination of the ICSI Graduation degree or a Master's degree/Pass in ICWAI, ICAI can allow you entry in the intermediate course.

Course Duration : 9 months duration

Final Course:

Once you pass the Intermediate Course you automatically become eligible for admission to the Final Course.

Training

One passing the Final examination of ICSI you will need to undergo a practical training after which, you will be completely eligible for the Associate Membership of the Institute.

The Training is of Training Orientation Program(TOP) is for 5 days and is done before commencement of training.

This is followed by training for 15 months after the candidate has passed the Intermediate Examination or Final Examination.

28th February for appearing in both modules in December Exams in the same year year
31st May for appearing in single module in December Examination in the same year

30th November for appearing in single module in June Examination in the next year

Rs.9000/- for Commerce Graduates / CPT passed of ICAI / Foundation passed of ICAI-CMA

Rs 10,000/- for Non Commerce Students
Rs 8,500/- for CS Foundation passed students

CS Professional Programme
Rs.12,000/-
