CS after completing B.Com
I have completed my B.Com, now should I go for CS or not, can you please suggest me ?

Yes it’s a very good option you can go for it, a candidate can go after 12th too. Can you tell me if I can join CS or Company Secretary Course after completing B.Com? If yes, what is the process to do so, explain me in detail as I want to take admission?

Yes, you can join CS or Company Secretary Course after completing your B.Com .In regular way to become a CS one need to clear 3 stages. But since you have completed graduation one can join directly to the intermediate course. And so there will be two group papers in the intermediate course. The minimum duration of the course is 10 months. A candidate is required to score 40% marks in each paper and 50% in the aggregate in each group to clear the examination. The examinations are held twice in a year-June and December. One can join for Final course after successful completion of the Intermediate course. One has to clear 3 groups in the final course. After successful completion of the final course you have to undergo training to become a CS. EXECUTIVE PROGRAMME EXAMINATION Module I Paper 1. Company Law Paper 2. Cost and Management Accounting Paper 3. Economic and Commercial Laws Paper 4. Tax Laws and Practice Module II Paper 5. Company Accounts and Auditing Practices Paper 6. Capital Markets and Securities Laws Paper 7. Industrial, Labour and General Laws Cut off dates for admission to CS course: . For Executive Programme 28th February for appearing in both modules in December Exams in the same year year 31st May for appearing in single module in December Examination in the same year 31st August for appearing in both modules in June Exam in the next year 30th November for appearing in single module in June Examination in the next year Fee Structure CS Executive Programme Rs.9000/- for Commerce Graduates / CPT passed of ICAI / Foundation passed of ICAI-CMA Rs 10,000/- for Non Commerce Students Rs 8,500/- for CS Foundation passed students |
