Tell me the procedure of get UP combined pre medical test exams form because I have need of its forms for take part in its exam so I ask you about this for get its exams forms.

The Application form for UPCPMT exam can be downloaded from the official website of Chhatrapati Shahuji Maharaj Medical University as well as obtained from all major branches of Allahabad Bank in Uttar Pradesh by paying Rs. 1050/- (Rs. 550/- for SC/ST) + Rs. 30 (Bank Charges) in cash. Sale of application forms will start from April 19, 2012 Date of the exam: 3rd June, 2012 |
