There are some stages you need to under go while doing the Company Secretary Ship Course. The stages of the CS course are as following:

Foundation Programme
Executive Programme
Professional Programme.

As you have completed graduation you will be exempted for the Foundation Programme you can directly apply for the Executive Programme.

Executive Programme eligibility:
Graduates, post-graduates (excluding Fine arts) and those who have passed final exam of ICWAI or ICAI can directly enroll to the Executive Programme.

General Laws and Commercial Laws (IGCL)
Management Information Systems and Corporate Communication (IMIS & CC)
Tax Laws (ITL)

Group-II

Economic, Labour and Industrial Laws (IELIL)
Securities Laws and Regulation of Financial Markets (ISL & RFM)
