The Company Secretary Course is divided into following three stages:

Foundation Programme

Applicants who have passed 10+2 examination are eligible to register for Foundation Programme Applicants are required to study and write examination in four papers with minimum 40% marks in each paper and also aggregate of 50% to clear the examination.

Executive Programme
Applicants who have graduated in any stream except fine arts or students who have cleared the foundation programme of ICSI are eligible to register for Executive Programme.

Applicants are required to score 40% marks in each paper and 50% in the aggregate in each group to clear the examination.

Professional Programme

After passing Executive Programme, the candidate becomes eligible to register for the Professional Programme.
