There are no big companies which allow students to sit for recruitment process without a fixed percentage. All the Big companies require the following minimum percentage for campus recruitment:

The candidate should have secured a minimum of 60% in 10th

The candidate should have secured a minimum of 60% in 12th

The candidate should have secured a minimum of 60% in Graduation

The candidate should not have any Backlogs

The Candidates must have Good Communication Skills, Technical Skills and etc.,
