COMEDK is a Medical Entrance Exam Conducted by Consortium of Medical Engineering and Dental Colleges of Karnataka for Admissions to undergraduate Medical and Dental programmes in participating private medical and dental colleges Karnataka.

This year COMEDK Medical Entrance Exam has been done, but for your future ,
Here I am providing Procedure to apply for COMEDK Medical Entrance Exam

Guideline to Fill Details in COMEDK 2015 Application Form

Name & Date of birth must be the same as that in class X certificate.

Father and mother name should be official, either as in their certificates or as that which was entered during class X registration.

Candidates must Specify Clearly the Course they are applying for, like MMBS/ BDS/ B.E etc or all.

Candidates must mention their category, only if they have a valid certificate of proof.
Linguistic Minority, will include Tulu/ Telugu/ Konkai language

Documents to be Send Along COMEDK Application Form :

Demand Draft, generated for relative amount.

Class X and XII mark sheet (class XII mark sheet if applicable).

Certificate of Category.

Certificate Stating official name of Parents.

Hard copy of COMEDK Application Form.

Test center, where candidates wish to write the exam.

Online study certificate. This will be prescribed by COMEDK. Candidates must get it
Signed from head of the institute last attended.
