No, you are not eligible for B.Ed course with 45% in Graduation for General Category but if you come in SC/ST category then you can definitely pursue the course as it is 45% requirement for admission.

B.Ed. Eligibility
The minimum qualification required is Bachelor of Arts (B.A), Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) or Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) form a recognized University with minimum 50% marks.

Applicants need to clear entrance test conducted by the various states and Independent Institutes and Universities and admission is given according to the rank of the candidate in the entrance exam.

The Entrance exam is generally held in the month of June-July and consists of objective type questions on the subject of English, General Knowledge, Aptitude, Basic Arithmetic Teaching Potential and one local language in some states.
