Can you tell me what should I do as my exams of CS (Company Secretary) Course are clashing with Graduation Exams?

As the Company Secretary (CS) exam is conducted twice in a year i.e after every 6 months in June and December. So you can definitely skip the June exam and go for December exam. You can appear for CS exam within the period of three years from the date of your registration. To appear for exam in a particular month, you need to fill-up and submit the exam form for that particular exam.
